Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase for non-personalized items. Personalized items are not returnable. We replace items that arrive damaged or with production errors. Please email service@vividimpressions.co with images of any problems needing to be addressed or to receive a return authorization to return non-personalized items. Returns must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs.
